Roanoke Valley Holistic Hub — Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Roanoke Valley Holistic Hub Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Hub administrators are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Roanoke Valley Holistic Hub, located in Salem, VA. All questions or concerns regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 08/01/2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on 08/31/2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter in one of two ways:

Booking Entry: Book a session or buy a holistic produce with any practitioner listed in the Roanoke Valley Holistic Hub. Each booking counts as one entry.

Free Alternate Entry: Complete the Sweepstakes Entry Form and select the option indicating entry without booking. This method provides one entry and does not require a purchase.

Bonus Entries (Optional): Participants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions such as following social media accounts, subscribing to the newsletter, following us on Facebook, and following us on Instagram. These actions are not required to enter or win.

Entry Limits

Limit one base entry per person. Bonus entries may increase total entries but do not replace the base entry limit. Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited.

Prize

One winner will receive a session with Patti Dunford and her new healing modality, The Celestial Code, valued at approximately $180. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted unless determined by the Sponsor. Scheduling the session will be the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven days after the Sweepstakes ends. A digital random number generator will be used to ensure fairness.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email provided on the Entry Form. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including bonus entries.

Publicity

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and any voluntarily provided testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected through the Entry Form will be used only for Sweepstakes administration and communication related to the Holistic Hub. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors affect its integrity. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.

Agreement to Terms

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
